Which means I met up with my walking group! Love that when I meet up with them I always get over an hours walking in :)
Walked for 75 minutes today so that makes 2 days so far out of my 4 day challenge!
I also stopped at Starbucks to have a coffee with Jen. I love how we get together all the time. I've always gotten along great with my daughter. She keeps me young.
But first a good breakfast, a cup of coffee and a good start to my water drinking! Yes it might be a new challenge this week but I'm not stopping last weeks challenge of getting 8 cups of water in daily.
I'm back to menu planning and it really does make staying on plan easier. Even when things come up and I can't do what I planned for one meal because I've planned the rest of the day it's pretty easy to figure what I can have instead. Definitely saves me a lot of time.
Breakfast: 1 egg, 3 slices bacon, mini bagel with the last of Jen's home made apple butter :( She was telling me today she might be making pineapple jam!! Oh yeah. 5% cream for coffee
On the go: shrimp, chopped veggies with light honey dijon dressing
Dinner: leftover chicken pot pie, salad, light dressing and an apple toffee hand pie you should make these they are soooo good!
After dinner: glass of wine
Exercise: 75 minutes of walking
Water: 8 cups so far
