Time to pick up some weights!
That's right I picked up my weights :)
I also did some walking. I managed to get in 55 minutes of brisk walking today and that's not counting walking around the mall.
I had to chuckle when I put 55 mins of brisk walking on my fitness pal and it said I burned over 19,000 calories. Oh yeah bring on the ice cream :) Just kidding!
Today's nosh:
Breakfast: omelet made with egg substitute, spinach, light cheese and on the side some pineapple and raspberries. 5% cream for coffee
Lunch: veggies, light blue cheese dressing and an apple-toffee hand pie :)
Dinner: slow cooker broccoli and beef, rice and 2 small egg rolls
Snack: yogurt and berries
Exercise: 55 minute brisk walk
Water: 9 cups
Fitbit stats so far: the calories burned are wrong but the steps and the stairs are as of 5 pm :) Yep now I'm off to relax
I have to show you this!! Ugh oh I'm in trouble!
