I spent some time this week setting myself up to get back on the healthy eating wagon.
First I put a place on my counter for my measuring spoons, scale and measuring cup.
Next I divided up so half portions of granola so they're all ready to put on my yoghurt.
I also got my containers ready for my veggies to go into so it will be easy to just grab one on my way out the door.
Washed my water bottles so they're ready to be filled on a regular basis.
I did this weeks challenge which was to get 2 weight workout in. Didn't wanna but I kicked my own butt and did them anyway. More on that Sunday.
I went grocery shopping this morning so I have all the ingredients I need.
2 weeks worth of menu planning has been done. I've also decided to put a motivational saying on each day.
Breakfast: 1/2c egg substitute omelet, bacon, light cheddar cheese and 1/2c blueberries. 4 Tbsp of 5% cream for coffee
Lunch: mini mexican dip with low carb tortilla chips and veggies
Took to work: pizza :)
After work glass of wine while watching skyfall!
