Just for you Amy!1/2c oats I used rolled oats but anything but instant would work1/4c egg substitute or egg whites1/4c milk I used almond breeze1/4c water1/4c blueberries you could use any fruit1 tsp baking powdersweetener or sugar to tasteI put in 10g of walnut pieces that dayI used my toaster oven on 325 for 30 mins. Be sure to spray non stick :)
