Something new for breakfast!

Today's saying: Be strong now because things will get better, it may be stormy now but it can't rain forever!

I know I'm always trying new things especially for breakfast. Today I tried a new to me ham and egg basket with cheese :) Turned out great with some berries on the side and a slice of toast and butter. It was so easy I just used leftover meat pie tins and sprayed with non stick put some thin extra lean ham and then put an egg in it. Baked until cooked to how you like your egg and then I put some grated cheese on top.

Have you tried a new to you recipe lately?? I'm always looking for new ideas.

Tomorrow will be a weekly update and a new weekly challenge. I'm also going to set some goals for March.

Today's nosh:

Breakfast: ham and egg basket with cheese, berries, 1 slice toast, 1 tsp butter and 4 tbsp 5% cream for coffees= 9 points

Lunch: coleslaw mixed with light dressing, apple and 1 tbsp peanut butter= 5 points

Snacks: frozen smoothie bar, individual 0% Greek yoghurt with fruit on the bottom= 5 points

Took to work: lean cuisine sweet and sour chicken with rice= 7 points
I grabbed a bud light when I got home from work tonight!
Total points used: 30 points
Weekly points used: 4 points
Weekly point balance: 45 (tomorrow starts a new week)
Water:8 cups
