I finally have a tv in my workout room so I can play my Wii with lots of room, I can also hook my laptop up so I can do workouts on a bigger screen!
I've really been enjoy the boxing workout. Then again I'm enjoying the step workouts and the yoga :)
I'm still going out for my walk/runs. In fact I've been able to run longer every time I go out. Not that it's that long but I'm having a blast doing it.
Eating has been awesome. I'm enjoying my food and staying on plan with the Simply Filling.
Today is my weigh in day and this week I'm down -2.2 :)
