On my what a day!! A good day but an exhausting one
First I did a 40 minute zumba workout this morning. Then I decided to tackle the kitchen as it needed some serious cleaning.
Stopped for lunch then I decided to bike to the local Bulk Barn and
pick up some of their awesome coffee and some seasonings. So I biked
there and back which took about 40 minutes only to discover that I'd
paid and they'd given me my receipt but not the bag of stuff I bought So I hopped back on the bike for another 40 minute bike ride.
I'm now going to enjoy a much deserved glass of wine!
Lunch: Kale salad: Kale from my daughters garden, 2 tsp olive oil, 2
Tbsp light parmesan cheese (1pp), lime juice, tomato and some Greek
yogurt with a peach Simply filling
Snack: a quick banana before I went back out for my second bike ride Simply filling
Dinner: Blue menu hamburger(SF), they didn't have any WW's buns so I
bought the lightest bun I could find, tomato, onion, low sugar ketchup,
caramalized onions (1pp), cheese slice, cucumbers on the side Simply
