Since I woke up and it's pouring out I decided to take today as a rest day from exercise. Well not really rest day since I'm doing an arm challenge and I'll still do a bit of yoga, just not doing anywhere near what I have been doing.
This week I've done Zumba, Yoga, Tai Chi, walking/running, Walk away the pounds dvd's :) Feeling pretty strong if I do say so myself. I'm not good at any of them but I'm having fun getting better at them.
Next week is going to be a busy week. Monday I have meetings, walking group and I hope to meet up with Jen for a coffee. Tuesday is an annual picnic where I volunteer and I hear they're going to have a game of kickball :)
